Del holds a Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering and has over 20 years of high-level B2B experience in senior commercial roles within the Electrical and Industrial Distribution sector. He is constantly focussed on value to the customer.

Carl Dowson
Senior Solution Engineer
Carl has many years of practical experience working with factory automation systems, industrial software and data communications. As our lead technical engineer, Carl is focussed on designing the best IIoT solutions that solve our customers' problems, in a simple and scalable way.

Duncan Brayshaw
IIoT Solutions Engineer
Duncan has a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Brunel University, complemented by extensive industrial experience as a Senior Control Systems Engineer, working with companies that include Siemens and OptimAl. As an automation & process control engineer specialising in the design & development of process control solutions on multiple platforms, Duncan has a keen eye for detail and relishes using his analytical and problem-solving skills to provide practical solutions for industrial customers.

Mark Triggs
IIoT Solutions Engineer
Mark has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Sheffield and extensive practical experience in the industrial automation industry as a Lead Project Engineer and control systems integrator. Specialising in the conversion and upgrade of legacy process control equipment and OT networks in an array of different industries.

Sophia Claypole
Customer Success Manager
Sophia has extensive experience in Customer Success and Project Management within the wider RS Group organisation and she brings these skills to RS Industria. Once a customer site has been commissioned, the Customer Success Team provide the ongoing support and inspiration that ensures the service continues to deliver value to help their business become more efficient, cost effective and resilient through data insight.

Natalie Wilmott
Customer Success Executive
Natalie has many years’ experience working within the RS Group, most recently as the Customer Services manager within our Engineering Services business. Natalie has a wealth of practical project management knowledge and is committed to ensuring that our customers get the most out of RS Industria by focussing on delivering a seamless onboarding experience, both during the onboarding process and as our customers transition into ongoing support.
